You can use a handful of whatever you want to make a vinegar from. Let ferment and enjoy

I hadn't seen this before, CJ9.  Are there any particular measurements for the ingredients? or can I put however much I want?  I've never made anything like this before, so as long as it's kept refrigerated it'll stay viable?

Careful with fermenting anything to vinegar.  Ferment is an alcohol producing process.  Potatoes for example produce some wood alcohol which can be lethal, or cause blindness.  Hardly a health remedy!
