Here is my favorite Wheatgrass smoothie recipe:
1 cup of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Juice of 2 fresh limes
1 cup of ice
1 ounce of fresh Wheatgrass juice (or powder)
3 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate
Put everything in the blender, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
