I am thinking of buying a new juicer now that I'm retired. Presently I am using a Lexan manual juicer. I have both a "Green Life" and a "Jack LeLane Power Juicer. The "Jack LeLane" won't do wheatgrass and the "Green Life" makes too much foam so I use the "Lexan" manual. I does a good job and is easier to clean than any other juicer I've used but it's slow.

I was checking out Amazon today and a few of the comments complained that the "Lexan power Juicer" had a low yield. One of the people said that his 10" x 20" trays only yielded about 1 oz. of juice.

If that is as much as I can expect I'll go back to "Green Magma" barley tablets. What kind of yeild can I expect, How high should I grow it and how long does it take?
