I'm just getting started with wheat grass. Would a Champion juicer work or should I buy a manual grass juicer?

I already have an ACME juicer for my veg juices, so don't need another, but wonder if the Champion would work better for the job?

I'll only be making juice for one person, so it may be overkill.

Thanks

A manual juicer would do just great. Matter of fact, its preferred by many for its very  low friction. Unless u juice wheat-grass for many people and all the time, an electric juicer is just a waste.

I have the Omega 8003 and use it every morning for 2 years now, so i'll vouch for that model.

You should get both.  The Champion juicer will be great for everyday juicing, especially if you are juicing large amounts of juice.  I juice 20 ounces a day: 8 ounces for myself, 8 ounces for my wife and 4 ounces for each of my twins. I juice Barley grass.  No upset stomachs, nausea, etc.

The Manual juicer is a must! I mean, if you loose power and you need to juice...  Also, if you are trying to turn a sick friend on to juicing, it is easy to transport.  It will be great for camping, weekend get-a-ways and the like.

Ya gotta have both!
