I have been growing sunflower greens for months, with no problem. Living in the desert southwest, I just soaked the seeds, waited for 1/4" sprouts, then planted them in soil. I covered the tray with another tray and I greened them up outside when the weather was warm.

I am seeking suggestions on how to continue growing these greens throughout the winter. I am having a terrible time with mold. I first planted in a potting type soil and I have tried a soil-less mix, under grow lights inside, with no success.

Can anyone help me?
