  I've bought the kitchen Sprouter and I took the instructions with me to read it and I lost it in the way to my work, now I don't know how to use it, because I never get to read the instructions someone please tell me what should I do? thanks

There are a great deal of different kinds of sprouters out there and even more different kinds of seeds to sprout, requiring different soak times, rinse times, and so on.  It would be difficult to help you without knowing what kind of sprouter you bought and what you intend to sprout in it!

I would strongly reccomend buying the book, Sprout Garden (Indoor Growers Guide to Gourmet Sprouts) by Mark M. Braunstein.  It is small but has a ton of information about sprouting all sorts of stuff!  It really inspired me to sprout a variety of different seeds and beans and variety means you won't get tired of the same thing.

I'd also reccomend, Sprouts, The Miracle Food (The Complete Guide to Sprouting) by Steve Meyerowitz and The Sprouting Book by Ann Wigmore.  All Fantastic Books.
